How It Began with Epic Lead Flow
Epic Lead Flow founder, Eric, has partnered with Hidden Acres Puppies as their exclusive digital marketing partner since 2018.
When Eric came on board, the business was turning a small profit still below 6 figures in gross income, but struggled with getting their quality puppies in front of the clients.

He also helped systematize the entire business, starting with marketing and sales and into the daily work of the breeding program, automating many processes so it could be run with only one or two people.
Case Study Timeline - Hidden Acres Puppies 2024 - Present
In 2024, the business attracted two new partners, and a refreshed vision for future growth. CEO, Carlos, brought with him fresh ideas, and business savvy, and in partnership with Eric, began work to clarify branding, and simplify and improve the existing systems & processes.
Due to a flooded market, they also pivoted their branding into a new market, targeting higher ticket sales with training & socialization for their puppies.
Eric remains as CMO of the company and will continue to lead the charge in the shaping and development of the marketing, branding, sales and operations systems & processes alongside their CEO, Carlos.

Where we began (2018):

- The business continues its transition into an efficient business that runs on auto-pilot, becoming more organized with marketing & operational SOPs, and hiring a team to take on daily operations.
- New challenges presenting themselves included increasing costs, alongside a flooded market that made new sales highly competitive and margins much tighter.
Hidden Acres Puppies (2024 - Present)
- In 2024, HAP caught the attention of two new investors, a new CEO, and a new operations manager. Both bought shares in the company, and were brought onboard.
- After a series of internal evaluations, it was determined to pivot the brand away from its existing market, opting instead for a higher-end luxury market with training & specialty services.
- HAP will continue to innovate and improve to strengthen their branding and market position, improve their overall breeding program and client experience, and grow revenue despite the challenging conditions facing the puppy markets.
